COACHING & COUNSEL

The paradox of life: everyone is challenged by life, and they should be. And they can be inspired by life as well.

Surreal landscape with a mountain range, tall trees, and a large circular moon or sun in the background. A door stands open in the foreground, leading to an undefined space.

Life does not separate itself into neat categories called personal and professional. It all shows up together — the ambition, the grief, the transition, the hidden fear, the next calling. Different costumes, same nervous system.

You may be
  • Navigating a major transition

  • Stepping into a more complex chapter of leadership

  • Confronting a relationship challenge

  • Moving through loss

  • Simply tired of repeating patterns that no longer serve you

None of that means you are broken. More often, it means life is trying to develop you.

The work is designed to help you turn experience into insight, insight into discernment, and discernment into meaningful change.

How we work together

I bring curiosity, directness, emotional depth, creative tension, compassion, and a strong instinct for the patterns beneath the patterns.

Together we look at how you think, relate, react, protect, decide, and communicate.

We examine the beliefs, assumptions, and unseen habits shaping your life, often without your consent. Rude of them, really.

This work can be challenging. It can also be clarifying, freeing, healing, and transformative. And fun.

Approach

Coaching and counsel with me is a focused, honest, and deeply human process for people who want real movement, not polished self-description.

My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive and emotional work, life patterns, relational dynamics, spiritual principles, and years of professional and human experience.

The tone is direct but supportive, insightful without clinical detachment, and grounded enough to be useful in real life.

Sessions are available in person, by phone, or via video, and I work with clients locally and internationally.

Next step

Start with a relaxed, no-obligation conversation. We'll talk about what's unfolding in your life, what kind of support you're seeking, and whether the fit feels honest and useful.
